At Zaruci, we are committed to quality. With our own clothing factory, we ensure strict quality control, offering our customers the highest level of confidence in their purchases.
We gladly accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please review the details below and contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Return Procedure
- Take a clear photo of the item.
- Contact our customer service team at support@Zaruci.com.
- Send the photos along with your order ID to our team, explaining the issue and your preferred resolution (return, refund, exchange, or resend).
- Our customer service team will provide you with the address of Zaruci's international center. Please do not send the package back to its original location, as this could delay your refund process.
- Arrange a collection with your local post office or drop off the package at your nearest location.
- Notify us of the tracking number once the item(s) have been returned.

All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive the item(s). Refund times vary based on payment method:
- (1) PayPal refunds: 3-5 working days.
- (2) Credit card refunds: 7-14 working days, depending on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
NOTICE
1.The Package must be restored to the unopened state
2.Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
3.Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
4.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
5.The returned package must be printed and accompanied by an RMA slip.
6.Package must be sent to the address that Zaruci offers by the email.
7.Customer is responsible for all return charges.
8.The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
9. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies
10. No exchanges, returns, or modifications are allowed on promotional or final sale items.
11.Customer should be responsible to the delivery problems caused by the wrong address.
*For the following situations, we do not accept refund requests without a product return.
However, we can offer a coupon for your next order. Please contact our customer service for further details.
1. Don't like the item;
2. Not fit as expected without any quality problems;
3. Shipping status shows delivered but the buyer didn't received;
4. Differences or misunderstandings regarding the product or fabric, as clearly stated in our description/title;
5. Placed a wrong order and shipped.
Exchanges
